Overview
PSI is governed by an active Board of Directors consisting of nine representatives drawn equally from national leaders in the patient, physician and hospital
constituencies. This composition equality and representation ensures the safety and security needs of each
constituency are being met as PSI delivers its solution to communities
in the marketplace. Three Directors from each stakeholder group are selected from among the most respected individuals within the patient, physician and hospital
